Well today Benjamin is officially walking. He can easily do 15 steps accross the kitchen. He doesn't like to walk on the carpet, he just sits down. He loves to walk and gets all excited when we sit on the floor. He walks back and forth between us. It is SO fun. I am sure before too long we will wish he wold just sit in one place again. He already moves fast enough that we lose him. I will try and get better pictures to post.
Our other news of the day is that our house is ours again. Julie moved out today. We are very excited to be able to go downstairs whenever we want. It will be nice when Benjamin stays up till 2am (like he did last night) to be able to go down and watch some TV.

Yeah for Benjamin. Poor little guy is going to have to wait a bit for Gray and Nicholas to catch up. I think you got a great picture of him.
