This Wednesday was Municipal Government Day. The city held a free BBQ and had all kinds of different activities. They had all kinds of heavy machinery that they use displayed. It was alot of fun.
The cadets were there handing out balloons. Benjamin was very happy to get two.
This is our new Lawn mower. We got it with our tax refunds.
Benjamin helped daddy put it together.
For our anniversary we bought a swing for the deck. It is something I have wanted for a long time.
Benjamin again helped daddy put it together.
We have already really enjoyed it. Now I am hoping the wind and rain will go away so I can have my morning coffee outside.
On Saturday we had a staff social at the arena. They had lots of toys out on the pad for the kids.
Ashley enjoyed shooting some hoops.
A big foot race.
Benjamin's molars are all through now. He has 12 teeth. When you ask to see his big teeth he will open his mouth and say "'ahhhh". It is very cute.
Such a cuddly boy~ Benjamin got up at 6am on Sunday morning. Then he went to the couch to snuggle with his blanket and kitty.
On Saturday evening we had another BBQ for Joy Chapel. Ashley has been asked to serve on the Joy Chapel Board for the next year. Joy Chapel is a dinner and church service for handicapped adults held every Thursday evening. We were involved with it while attending PRBI and when we lived here before. They also run a week long summer camp in June. They are in need of volunteers for the camp if anyone has time. Both for days and nights.
Benjamin playing Bocce with Daddy and Mr. Thiessen.
There are HUGE stumps at O'Brien park , a few of the Bocce balls ended up in one and Ash was the only one with long enough arms to get them out. Even for him it was an adventure.

Benjamin playing with a little stick.
