On November 15th Gramma Bayne went to be with Jesus. Though this is a hard time for the whole family, it brings me much peace to know I will see her again. Gramma Bayne was a wonderful person. She always made you feel welcomed and so very special. She never forgot a birthday or anniversary. Often you would get "just because" cards with a special hand written note reminding you of God's love and that Gramma was praying for you. Last year for Christmas we got four very special pages from Gramma. She had written out her life story and given us each a copy. It was wonderful to learn how God worked in her life, and the lives of those around her to draw the whole family to him.
Thank-you Gramma for the years of pajamas, pickles and prayers. You will be greatly missed, though we know you are in a much better place.
