In Whitehorse, Saturday and Sunday

A few more pictures from the trip up... We saw lots of caribou
Mom and Dad glad to be in the north
Benjamin peeking at Grandma in the back seat.
Trying to keep himself occupied...
Benjamin thought sticking bits of paper between his toes was pretty fun.

The weather was WONDERFUL for the first few days in Whitehorse.
Benjamin and Emma got to play outside in the pool.
Emma is smoothing Ben's crazy hair.

We had dinner at the Dimsdale's in Marsh Lake. This is the back of the cabin.

Here is the front of the cabin

On Sunday Ash and I got to go Whitewater rafting with Mom and Dad Dimsdale. We paddled almost 30 km in 6 hours. We were on the Tatshenshini River about 3 hours from Whitehorse.
This is our raft about to hit "Kiss Rock". We did not want to flip.
For those who did want to flip, our guide, Dean, stood up on the rock and helped their boat over
Me and my mom rafting.

We had a bus ride back to the beginning on an old school bus. I did not think would make it up the hill,
This is the sign for the bakery in Haines Junction.
We stopped there for breakfast on the way to rafting.
And as every town must have the biggest ...something. Haines Junction has a huge muffin or cupcake... or what ever you want it to be. It is VERY ugly, but you have to stop and take a picture with it, because that is what tourists do.
Million Dollar Falls
I am not sure if they are in BC or the Yukon. The water was SO green.
